We collect real-time geographic data including coordinates while the app is in use. Data is only collected while a load is in transit and is stored in a secured database.

HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION
App — GPS
Location data is collected directly by the Haversack app using your device’s GPS. The app requests “always on” location permission, which allows it to collect location data while a load is in transit. Location data is only collected and transmitted during an active load — the permission is required to ensure tracking continuity if the app moves to the background during a delivery.
Website — Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses cookies and Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us understand how visitors use the site. See the Cookies section below for a full list of what is set and why.

WHY WE COLLECT THIS INFORMATION
Location Data
